dont have to have any experience had a couple cool co workers decent hours if your a mover

Cons

terrible managment at 5pm you will know if ur working the next day and what time you say anything to anyone, next day everyone will know LOTS of driving

Pros

As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.

Cons

For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
