Pros

Long hours, team work, overtime pay, easy money, good people, open to raises and drivers get paid extra and they are willing to train anyone

Cons

On call unreliable schedule, tough hours, long hours, no women working only men because of the nature of the work, huge turnover, seasonal work pretty much, a good summer job while in school but not long term

Pros

As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.

Cons

For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
