Pros

- Get to work at companies that usually have snacks, drinks, and nice restrooms - Job is pretty simple all you do is scan, reconnect, disconnect, or cable manage

Cons

- Not enough hours since its contracted work - Bad hours sometimes have to wake up really early - Some of other techs are slow or lazy making you pick up their slack

Pros

As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.

Cons

For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
