Travel to big name tech companies. ie. Meta, Adobe, Google, Uber, etc. Free snacks and drinks based on company Hang out with friends Don't have to deal with outside customers like fast food/retail Make your own schedule, just email HR and they will help

Cons

Schedule changes on a week to week basis Inconsistent hours long/short

Pros

As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.

Cons

For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
