Pros

Location in Brentwood is easy to get to. Free coffee.

Cons

Turnover is this department is over 100%. In the time I was there, I saw my team of 10 lose and hire 8 people in one year. If you don't like, watch, or follow SEC sports, you will be excluded. If you don't drink bourbon, you will be excluded. Twice daily sales meetings ask what has changed since the last meeting. Management support for making quota does not exist. Take a look at the ratio of CEO's pay to average salary. When I was there, he was leading the US as one of the highest pay ratios (this is not a positive).

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your time in Inside Sales left you feeling frustrated and unsupported. High turnover is a serious concern, and we understand how frequent team changes affect morale, performance, and stability. Consistency in sales teams and effective leadership are essential. Your feedback underscores the importance of strong frontline management and realistic expectations. We’re sorry you felt excluded due to personal interests or social preferences. An inclusive environment ensures everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of hobbies, background, or lifestyle. Your feedback highlights the need for continued attention in this area. Accountability is essential in a performance-driven environment, but it must be supported by clear strategy, meaningful support, and constructive coaching. Tracking activity alone does not lead to lasting success. Thank you for sharing your specific concerns. Honest feedback about culture, leadership, and retention helps us identify areas for improvement and build a healthier, more sustainable sales organization.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions at Corpay. We appreciate your recognition of the strong work-life balance and management support you experienced. It is valuable to know that aspects of your time here were positive and well-supported. At the same time, we understand how deeply that experience can change when repeated layoffs begin to affect not only teams, but also the leaders and managers employees rely on most. When layoffs feel widespread and disconnected from performance or productivity, it can create a strong sense of instability and uncertainty for everyone who remains. Employees want to believe that hard work, consistency, and contribution matter, and when that connection feels unclear, it can seriously impact morale, trust, and long-term confidence in the organization. Your feedback highlights the significant impact leadership decisions have on the employee experience. Even with a strong team culture, workforce reductions can overshadow daily positives and leave employees feeling unsettled or undervalued. The loss of trusted colleagues can make it challenging to maintain engagement, support, and balance. Thank you for sharing your perspective and advice. Your feedback underscores the importance of employees feeling heard and respected during major decisions. It also reminds leadership to listen closely to those closest to the work and culture.
