Thank you for telling us about your early experience. We're happy to hear that the work is challenging and the benefits are valuable. These are important parts of what we want new team members to experience, especially as they take on meaningful roles. We understand your point about training in a bigger company. As organizations grow, onboarding can sometimes feel more self-guided. Your feedback shows us how important it is to give clear guidance, easy-to-find resources, and strong support during the first weeks. We are working to improve our onboarding and training so new hires feel both independent and supported as they learn. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We wish you continued success as you grow in your role at Corpay.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
