Pros

nearby park would be nice if not for many junkies around..

Cons

- lack of respect toward both clients and employees - lack of qualified management level of staff - unhelpful HR (except for one recently hired staff member, but i don't expect him to stay for to long there as he is way above general company level) - seem like all that matters to company is gaining benefit by all cost - no one cares about staff problems, typical solution would be: "if you don't like it no one holds you here" rather then trying to get to the bottom of problem and try to solve it - treating people selectively - no equal chances policy - no appreciation to well performing staff - unfair financial treatment - using software full of bugs, problem solving by "IT" is really slow and usual answer to your request would be: "we have more important problems to deal with" - poor communication between certain departments - each departments usually acting against each other - often misinforming potential customer just to "win" him - imagine your team leader can't even use email etc(wtf??) - office in not very safe area, loads of junkies around - and many more just can't recall all at once

Things including pay are always changing, youre slowly being required to do more while getting paid less
