Pros

Industry average earnings. Benefits are respectable. Except for the 401k program. Which is far below average for a corporation this size. 25 cents on the dollar up to 4%. Ridiculous and insulting considering the executive pay

Cons

Management is unethical, amoral and backstabbing. Don't need to read anyone else's reviews. Do your own research. Look how many lawsuits they have settled out of court. See the current FTC lawsuit against them. Research the numerous articles about their business practices. Checkout the BBB reviews as compared to their competition. See how many of their private label customers have left them and went to their competitor. Where there is smoke there is fire! Proceed with great caution!!!

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
