Pros

Presidents Club trips were pretty cool.

Cons

1. Ghetto office space 2. Detached Management 3. "Leadership" doesn't lead 4. Original ideas are not encouraged 5. They will continually increase sales rep quotas and pay you less for achieving them 6. It's every man for himself - forget the whole "team player" 7. You still have to pretend to be a team player 8. "Leadership" are a bunch of gangsters 9. They don't "sell" anything; they hawk fuel cards 10. Intentional late processing of on-time payments result in large late fees for customers 11. Don't be fooled - your fuel card is probably being handled by Fleetcor 12. Have any sort of special needs? They don't care. 13. Career path? Step away from the career goals... nothing to see here... move along 14. Even as a multi-year running top sales rep, you'll be treated the same as the least of the performers

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
