Pros

When they aren't being petty and playing with your money, you may make alot.

Cons

Micromangement, lack of leadership, poor comunication, little to no concern for the employees. Even when you do your job correctly, you get nitpicked with. A LOT of favoritism. To be honest, the whole company feels like a scam. I'd hate to be on the other end of the phone when we call.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
