Pros

Fleetcor is large yet lean, so there are many opportunities to advance and grow based on your career interests. Just like any job, you'll get out of it what you put into it. Work/Life balance is excellent and my colleagues are some of the smartest people I've ever met. The business function - B2B payments - isn't glamorous, but it is a steady necessity, so jobs are pretty consistent. A great option to start a career, grow, learn, and shape your future.

Cons

401K match is abysmal, and you can't bank your vacation days.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
