The work expectations do not equal the pay. Rarely give raises when they do they are under 25 cents. When the company acquires multiple companies and fails to compensate employees, this sends a loud and clear message to your employees that they do not matter. The turn over rate is horrible but it doesn’t matter to upper management. I don’t feel valued as an employee at all. Also favoritism is an issue as well. The minute I can find a different job I will be gone.
