As a company we have recently invested in a data driven, insight led, people analytics solution which gives us the ability to benchmark our salaries and get real time market information around our total reward offerings. This information is being shared with our leadership teams and I am pleased to say a lot of positive steps have been made and will continue. We are pleased that you recognise our flexible benefits platform and of course we will keep evolving our offering.
I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.
Cons
My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
