We are so pleased that you enjoyed your time at FLEETCOR and that you experienced great team work and collaborative working with other departments. It is always good to hear that our sales employees are rewarded well and recognised for their work efforts. We have been working hard on how we share career opportunities and promote from within so this is particularly pleasing that you have recognised this. Of course, the role of sales is very activity, KPI and target driven and we are very focussed in providing training through various medians. The data quality is also a focus as part of the Sales Transformation programme and we are pleased with the progress we have made and will continue to make in this area.
I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.
Cons
My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
