Pros

Great work-life balance, generous PTO/sick time allotment and great people. Corpay (formally Nvoicepay), goes out of its way to hire talented people who deliver quality work. The pay is great and team dynamics are awesome!

Cons

The company was acquired by Fleetcor and lost some of its small startup energy but has done a well enough job maintaining its startup feel to see past the hurdles an acquisition can cause. The growth is great for job opportunities but it can feel a little disorganized at times.

Pros

I honestly cannot think of any..

Cons

Probably the worst company I have ever worked for. I get hired and thrown into a 2 week training program that has nothing to do my role. Start making calls and as soon as I “think” I’m improving, quota changes and becomes unrealistic with the way the distribution of leads are handled. You have to hope a manager is kind enough to let you have a successful day. As far as management, they were very distracting. Loud and talk about nothing as reps are told to focus and rely on a sales method that was dumped on the company. If you are a person that wants to progress and is focused on tasks, this job is not for you. It’s a rat race full of favorites.
