Probably the worst company I have ever worked for. I get hired and thrown into a 2 week training program that has nothing to do my role. Start making calls and as soon as I “think” I’m improving, quota changes and becomes unrealistic with the way the distribution of leads are handled. You have to hope a manager is kind enough to let you have a successful day. As far as management, they were very distracting. Loud and talk about nothing as reps are told to focus and rely on a sales method that was dumped on the company.
If you are a person that wants to progress and is focused on tasks, this job is not for you. It’s a rat race full of favorites.
