Pros

The benefits are great and the pay for the work you do is solid if you work enterprise sales. Work life balance is promoted by management and you can work a legit 40-42 hr week and succeed. They also offer a lot of resources. The work culture is positive as far as how they treat you.

Cons

The lines between support and micromanagement can get blurry when management and SDR's are fighting for their jobs. A lot of people start with hiring classes of 20-30 only to be down to 2-3 a year later before this series of layoffs. Nature of the business? Maybe. Room for improvement? Definitely. You are expected to meet quota despite the industry being in trouble and no is picking up. There us no definite promotion track. You have to meet quota and but also be creative. Were you a teacher before you became an SDR? Well convince them to create a sales trainer position for you. SDR with some technical experience? Welcome to Sales Ops. Make up the position up as you go along.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions at Corpay. We are pleased your experience was positive and that you found the environment respectful and supportive. It is encouraging to know you felt leadership cared about employees and that goals were challenging yet attainable without unnecessary stress. Experiences like these can significantly shape how employees view their time with an organization. We also understand your concern about the 30-minute lunch break. Break structure can significantly affect how supported employees feel, especially in locations where leaving for food is challenging due to traffic or limited time. These practical factors can influence the daily work experience more than they may seem. Your feedback highlights both the strengths of our environment and an area where greater flexibility could enhance the experience. Thank you for sharing your perspective and for noting both what worked well and where improvements could be made.
