Pros

The building itself is nice, most of the workers who make under 100k are pretty chill to be around. Management is hounded from the corporate about being worse people than they really are and they push back against it

Cons

The company is currently being absorbed like a male anglerfish into their parent company, Fleetcor. Many departments and old-timer managers have been dissolved un-summarily and every other department is going through process changes. Raises haven't happened for anyone making less than 100k in over a year. I would wait at least until 2024 to work here when the old culture has finally been smothered and the new bureaucracy has finally taken over. They also want you to work in the office at least once a week, despite not having a physical product to sell.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
