Pros

An inevitable aspect of working within this team is the formation of shared experiences and connections through challenging situations. The majority of your colleagues are commendable individuals coping with the challenges imposed by management.

Cons

In an anonymous perspective, there appears to be a strong emphasis on budgetary concerns and financial priorities within the organization. Regardless of one's commitment as a full-time employee or an overachiever putting in extensive hours, there's a perception that the company swiftly terminates individuals once they exceed the budget limit. Instances have occurred where reaching out to a project's main contact revealed that the contact had been let go, a scenario that became unsurprising due to its regularity. The decisions made by the company are perceived to be solely driven by financial considerations. Whether an individual's salary surpasses the budget or the company requires funds for an unplanned project, terminations seem to occur promptly to free up resources. This approach has led to the departure of highly skilled team members, often the most knowledgeable and well-compensated, without considering the impact on ongoing projects or their contributions. Consequently, project delays and team disruptions occur as a result of the abrupt loss of these valuable team members. Personal experiences include facing criticism from leadership for matters beyond one's control, as newly appointed leaders may lack understanding of project intricacies. Some senior leaders may demonstrate a lack of comprehension regarding the projects they oversee. Despite initial promises of frequent internal promotions, it is perceived that internal promotions are driven by regular terminations, resulting in increased responsibilities for existing team members and a reshuffling of job titles.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
