Pros

Great people to work with. Health Care is excellent. I paid 175.00 bi-weekly. This was for my wife and me. This was the gold plan. 401k so-so.

Cons

I was hired two years ago. They have yearly layoffs. I was one of the casualties.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. It’s encouraging to hear that you’ve experienced positive aspects such as healthcare benefits, supportive colleagues, and the slower pace during the holiday season. These elements are crucial for achieving a work-life balance, and we’re pleased to see that they’ve had a meaningful impact on your experience. Your concerns about departmental management not always aligning well with one another are not falling on deaf ears. We are actively working to address this issue and strengthen cross-departmental communication and alignment. Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
