Pros

A good entry point into the tech field.

Cons

No appetite for new technology. Poor and slow response from HR, especially for those working remotely. I waited a month for my contract to be signed. They say they value people but generally don't give a sh*t about you. Bad management experience too, people can shout at each other in meetings which is toxic.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
