Pros

Nice colleagues with a good social connection

Cons

Incompetent manager at multiple levels. The local leader and the corporate manager have no Idea what to do with the company and are creating a weird vibe in company. In addition, there are No weeks of paid parental leave and little to no annual raises. Since joining my salary has dropped significantly in real terms.
