Pros

- Health benefits provides some great options - Great PTO opportunities

Cons

- Poor products, the company had to rebrand to Corpay from Fleetcor because of how much they scammed customers with hidden fees. They got sued by the FTC which resulted in the change - Micromanaging is at an all time high to make it seem like managers are “managing” - Marketing has reduced SIGNIFICANTLY, yet the monthly quota continues to rise - Slowly but surely they’re trying to go back to 4-5 days in office - Leads are poor. They mainly advertise on Facebook and Instagram now so in return you get terrible leads that 8/10 WON’T get approved. (Approvals are a HUGE part of your pay) - Company went downhill for sales once they started paying you mainly off approvals. Just look at the reviews, you see they start to get REALLY negative around late 2023-24. - Let this be your last option.

Thank you for your candid feedback and dedication over the past 5 years. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our health benefits and PTO policies, but we’re deeply concerned about the challenges you’ve highlighted and the frustrations you’ve experienced. We take the issues regarding transparency, micromanagement, and product concerns very seriously. The feedback about trust and transparency is particularly concerning—employees should feel confident in their leadership and have clear, honest communication about company decisions and changes. We also understand the frustration surrounding changes in compensation structure, lead quality, and increasing quotas without sufficient support. These factors can significantly impact morale and performance, and your insights are invaluable in helping us recognize where improvements are needed. We also acknowledge your concerns about return-to-office expectations and their impact on flexibility, as well as your feedback regarding the company’s history and the need for continuous improvement in how we serve our customers and employees. We take your advice to management about fostering transparency and building trust seriously. We recognize that strong leadership requires openness, honesty, and clear communication and are committed to improving in these areas. Thank you again for your feedback and for your ongoing contributions to Corpay. We understand the importance of addressing these concerns and will work to create a better, more transparent, and supportive environment moving forward.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions at Corpay. We appreciate your recognition of the strong work-life balance and management support you experienced. It is valuable to know that aspects of your time here were positive and well-supported. At the same time, we understand how deeply that experience can change when repeated layoffs begin to affect not only teams, but also the leaders and managers employees rely on most. When layoffs feel widespread and disconnected from performance or productivity, it can create a strong sense of instability and uncertainty for everyone who remains. Employees want to believe that hard work, consistency, and contribution matter, and when that connection feels unclear, it can seriously impact morale, trust, and long-term confidence in the organization. Your feedback highlights the significant impact leadership decisions have on the employee experience. Even with a strong team culture, workforce reductions can overshadow daily positives and leave employees feeling unsettled or undervalued. The loss of trusted colleagues can make it challenging to maintain engagement, support, and balance. Thank you for sharing your perspective and advice. Your feedback underscores the importance of employees feeling heard and respected during major decisions. It also reminds leadership to listen closely to those closest to the work and culture.
