Good teams - diverse and inclusive. Alot of autonomy in the role. Good salary and benefits

Cons

Did not learn from their own mistakes - constantly repeated issues without looking at the route cause. Constant cost cutting and review. Very sales focussed organisation which had a notable difference for non-sales employees

Work life balance was great and my management team was great until they started laying them off.

This company does massive layoffs, they are not tied to performance or productivity.
