      Pay is average, benefits are decent. Remote work.

      Cons

      Rampant nepotism which results in unqualified power hungry people in charge. You will be working under managers/directors who treat employees like trash. There are no channels to voice concerns or report compliance issues.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
