      Working remotely. PTO. Holiday pay.

      Cons

      Lacks integrity. Empty promises. Only care about numbers not the people who make those numbers possible. You can bank your pto but they always seem to be unable to approve time off.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Cons

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
