Pros
Especially in this noida branch, it solely depends on which project and manager you'll get. If you're lucky, then you'll get less micromanagement over here which they could give you leaves very easily and rarely they will call you to work on weekends which is quite great. Some managers would give you reasonable target and good trainings while doing the work. Some projects like surgery, ED can also get WFH option quite easily if the office doesn't have any spare space to work on
Cons
Several things which makes the workplace slightly toxic with restrictions like Usage of Time on system software which you'll need to work on 8 hours on daily basis without taking much breaks and some managers will definately give you a huge workload and try to get you work on weekends as well. Also, in some domains like E/M OP, those people cannot get WFH options as well.
