The economy is bad but not bad enough to consider working here - Account Executive Cortera Employee Review

We had a sales manager for 5 days! ONLY 5 DAYS. (nice) If you're looking for a place with bad morale, awful leadership and a bunch of morons who don't know how to run a company, look no further. This place was filled with so many empty promises. Promotions weren't a thing. I don't think I saw a consistent bonus structure. They decide what they pay you every month or what they don't pay you. The recruiter was nice and promised opportunities that unfortunately didn't even apply to him since he was terminated. There was this one kid who kept threatening to sue the company. Basically, unless you want to be afraid of losing your job everyday, don't work here
