      Everyone is trying to be better and improve together (grow together)

      You really got to fight for buy in if you need resources or money thrown at something to solve a problem, which is fine. But sometimes, the person(s) you need to persuade prefer staying still or kicking it down the road until the idea is forgotten or dies.
