Our CEO and Talent team began a multi-year strategy to decrease the cost of healthcare for our Associates while making sure that the level of care and coverage remained top of the line! We listened to the healthcare pain points from our associates, and we were excited to implement the HSA plan! As you mentioned, we are a very fast-paced, growing organization, so we plan to continue to implement better initiatives, such as the new benefits plan to improve the quality of life for our associates!
