Coming from a Fortune 500 company where everyone walked around like robots on never-ending deadlines, its refreshing to be a part of company that cultivates itself not only on working hard, but playing hard. The constant reminders that we are appreciated are invaluable and make you want to work even harder. Not even 60 days in, had an unpredictable family emergency, HR stepped in and went beyond my expectations and saved the day- couldn't ask for anything more! No micro-managing and management (on every level) is always available to help or answer questions and are VERY approachable.
