Empowerment - Community Manager Cortland Employee Review

I have worked for Cortland for almost 3 years and am now managing my 3rd community. Each one, a different challenge and more growth. One thing that has stayed consistent is the freedom and empowerment to create value for our residents and associates in the best way We know how. We are entrusted to make decisions and it is a great feeling. There is so much support at my finger tips. With the drop of an email or the dial of a phone, Cortland provides support and guidance to the site teams that it is almost impossible to fail. I am always treated with respect and truly feel like when I need assistance, I am asking a brother or a sister - everyone genuinely wants to see you do well. Our goals are all aligned and that is to help each other. Something that is not present in every organization but definitely at Cortland. I am truly appreciative to have an opportunity to say that I am apart of this "family". Both DOs and AOMs I have worked with are phenomenal.
