9yWe are thrilled that you love your job and are a part of the Cortland family. For 2017, one of our goals is to develop stronger relationships between teams and to get to know our associates better. Our Talent team has developed a Managers Training Lab that focuses on associates in our communities where they can voice any challenges they might have.
