As for Rave, we were really looking for a way to transform traditional performance reviews into performance development. Having just launched the program only a few weeks ago, we’re so glad to hear you love to Rave as much as we do. By having a culture of feedback, we can learn what we’re doing well and not so well so we can continue to be better!
