Like you, we believe that taking care of our associates is our first priority, and that is why we have so many programs to invest in the development and engagement of our teams – like functional training, cultural training, leadership training, and wellness and recognition programs. Without our associates, we wouldn’t be as successful as we are, and we value every opportunity to grow and improve our craft. Our industry is definitely an all-hands-on-desk environment, and all hands are constantly on deck at all levels – we work hard so our residents can live easy.
