Leaving the company as fast as you can.

Cons

Everything. They can't even keep managers around, let alone everyone else. This company is horrible from top to bottom. Their health "insurance" is a high deductible ($3500/ calendar year) fake insurance policy.

Hard to grow, big prefference on external candidates. For higher roles, not a stable working environment
