Recently, we took action to ensure our continued growth by restructuring our construction department to better position ourselves in the multifamily industry – which did come with some changes in leadership. We recently revamped our Leader’s Boot Camp training so all leaders, regardless of department, have the tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively lead their teams to success. In addition, we offer countless trainings to associates to make sure they’re able to meet their goals, their team’s goals, and Cortland’s goals.
