Pros

The departments work very close together which gives you Insight of how everything is put together.

Cons

They will not pay you. Your position will be highly underpaid in every market. This was a reoccurring issue that caused several turnovers. I've seen entire departments having to start from ground zero with hiring new staff because of this.

Good environment for professional growth, the team is collaborative and willing to share knowledge.
