Pros

One of the biggest take aways I had while at Cortland was the people and the relationships I made. All of us veterans were a tight group of people. We made things happen, and we watched the fruit of our labor flourish. Now we are all leaving. That should be a red flag. But I do not think you care.

Cons

Lots of new leadership who have no clue what Cortland culture is and how to promote it. Seriously low level of internal customer service. CSC associates can be rude and arrogant just because they work there. New support team members are clueless about really supporting others. You are here to serve not to be served. C Suite lacks real leadership -little empathy or emotional intelligence. No people skills. Operations leadership is arrogant and hateful and has no capacity to lead- only to manage the status quo, but cannot hold vision and inspire others to follow. There is a serious lack of authenticity therefore they spit and sputter, but make no serious strides with those who are under them. There is a real detached reality from the glass tower to the field as in most companies. You have lost your way. You are not what you used to be.

Pros

None you have no voice . The tenants can walk all over you and you can’t defend yourself worst place ever to work . No work life balance suppose care more about cortland and the clowns that live in the building than your own life . Management must get money for not spending money .

Cons

Everything the company is a complete joke. They worry about their reputation. More than there front line employees. It’s a complete joke .DONT WORK THERE PERIOD
