Pros
There are so many pros I just cannot choose them all however they do empower you and listen to your concerns but it takes a person to step up and make those concerns visible! There are many opportunities to match with your strong points so that you're able to focus and to excel yourself for future career paths and goals.
Cons
I'm not sure that I have any current concerns or cons to actually say about the company however maybe one would be growing too fast but in all actuality that is not a con .
