Pros

One of the most admirable things about Cortland is the foundation of core values upon which the company was built. The CEO, Steven DeFrancis, is an excellent representation of these values, and he and several other top leaders genuinely care about people. I was fortunate to join the company during a time when these values were displayed in interactions with associates at all levels.

Cons

Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviews that have mentioned issues with racism, gossip, and favoritism in the DFW leadership. The culture in DFW has changed significantly over the past year, shifting from a growth-focused culture to one that is performance-obsessed.
