A lot of different sectors that you could branch out to within the company, so you're not at all tied to the position you may have started with.
Cons
Pay is focused more on performance of the team, rather than individual performance- which can be a great incentive to encourage teamwork, but difficult to determine additional bonuses/commission tiers per month.
