Not worth it - Hub Associate Cortland Employee Review

The management here is a total joke, literally feels like you are in high school they get on to you about “gossiping” but they are the ones starting any stirr up that goes on here! They never fall through with their promises and will switch up their policies left and right. They use fear mongering to meet their expectations. Don’t even think about expressing any sort of concern or opinion cause as soon as you do they will make sure you know that was a big mistake. The turn over rate is insane
