      Not much really, don’t let this company sell you a promise and fire you.

      Cons

      Company is in tatters! They have lost millions and are sacrificing staff and the values of the teams. Firing people for no reason during training! They DO NOT care about staff only about money!

      Hard to grow, big prefference on external candidates. For higher roles, not a stable working environment
