DO NOT WORK HERE - Leasing Consultant Cortland Employee Review

This is a very toxic workplace, the management is the worse I've seen & I've been in the work force for 15 years. The management constantly changes policy and expects you to adapt overnight. They highlight and promote the worst employees as long as they have a degree in butt kissing. The management has a weird obsession with the men who work there and make the most excuses for their horrendous behavior. The turn over rate is insane & don't get me started on the HR dept. This job is a joke, if you want your mental health ruined, want to be ridiculed and micro managed or don't care about your work/home life balance then apply. Did I mention they hold you hostage if your coworker isn't finished with their work...yes, your day ends at 6p ONLY if your co workers are complete with all their tasks. I feel so sorry for the current victims....I mean employees.
