Great engineering firm with good technology. Working to grow out of the small business phase, but it will be interesting to see if they can figure it out.

Cons

Very unorganized with a huge gap in leadership, especially at the top. Good focus on the new technology and associated sciences, but almost no focus on, or caring for, the employees.

Pros

My first job, not counting internships and co-ops, but I love working here. I get to solve engaging and challenging engineering and research problems for a living. Lots of technically exceptional people with whom to work with and bound ideas off. Management tries to provide the resources we need and stay out of the way. Provides good amenities such as lake access, patio, fire pits, and grills.

Cons

Could maybe use a little more coffee variety in the common spaces.
