Pros

OK place to work right out of college, but not worth sticking around, given the low starting salary and lack of leadership and overall company vision. Middle management is supportive, but doesn't have the ability to fix the problems at the top.

Cons

I am currently considering offers from other companies because I am fed up with the "what have you done for me lately" attitude of executive management while being paid much less than others in my graduating class and than the offers I've received.

Pros

My first job, not counting internships and co-ops, but I love working here. I get to solve engaging and challenging engineering and research problems for a living. Lots of technically exceptional people with whom to work with and bound ideas off. Management tries to provide the resources we need and stay out of the way. Provides good amenities such as lake access, patio, fire pits, and grills.

Cons

Could maybe use a little more coffee variety in the common spaces.
