Corvid is primarily quite flexible when it comes to work schedules. Great work-life balance. Friendly staff. Always interesting projects in the pipeline.

Cons

Lots of gray areas, such as policy (or lack thereof). It doesn't seem there are many opportunities for growth/promotional potential.

Pros

My first job, not counting internships and co-ops, but I love working here. I get to solve engaging and challenging engineering and research problems for a living. Lots of technically exceptional people with whom to work with and bound ideas off. Management tries to provide the resources we need and stay out of the way. Provides good amenities such as lake access, patio, fire pits, and grills.

Cons

Could maybe use a little more coffee variety in the common spaces.
