Pros
- Awesome Offices - Close proximity to real DoD work - Work life balance is okay - There used to be cool people here
Cons
- Not a cybersecurity company. It's an IT company that manages too many security technologies. There's nothing to learn here for security and they don't have budget for training. - Recruiters don't have good things to say about Corvid when you're looking for other jobs and other employers don't care about them on your resume. - Roughly 50%-70% market pay - VERY understaffed. Our customers don't like us because we don't have enough time or people to do a good job for them. - The leadership is run from the dod side and doesn't give us the time of day. Nice enough people but there is no direction and they flat-out lie to us. - They run off all the managers that no what they're doing. They had 5 managers in place in 3 years and they haven't listened to any of them. - They just ran off the best boss we ever had and now the whole team is quitting.
