Job is constantly evolving. Great room for growth.

There are no cons that I can think of.

My first job, not counting internships and co-ops, but I love working here. I get to solve engaging and challenging engineering and research problems for a living. Lots of technically exceptional people with whom to work with and bound ideas off. Management tries to provide the resources we need and stay out of the way. Provides good amenities such as lake access, patio, fire pits, and grills.

Could maybe use a little more coffee variety in the common spaces.
